Today was the first day of my new workout week. The stakes were certainly set higher! I had to run for 90 seconds and then walk for 2 minutes. I repeated this 6 more times.
My total running time increased with this workout from 8 minutes to 10.5 minutes. I think the distance I traveled was about the same though, so I'm either running slower, to last longer, or I'm slowing down more when I walk, which is probably more likely.
I have no aches and pains which is good. These $100 shoes are paying off so far! But I feel S....L....O....W.... Seriously. A 20 minute mile. That's about what I'm running right now. Are you kidding me? Ugh.
