Monday was running day again! My friend Jenn biked 2 miles to my house with her 20 month old in the bike trailer to watch the twins for me at 8AM yesterday so I could run by myself. It worked out great!
I did the same run. It was the last run on the easiest mode, where I run for 60 seconds and walk for 90 seconds. Tomorrow things get harder!
While on my run yesterday I was set out to run the same route and get even further than I did on day 2 but all my plans were foiled when I was about a quarter mile from my half way point when a neighbor driving the other direction rolled down her window and warned me of two dogs running wild off leash up ahead. Needless to say I turned around right away! She told me they were pit bulls to boot. Nothing like a dog bite in the first place and then nothing like a dog bite from a pit bull where they can lock their jaws on you! No thank you! I may have to start carrying pepper spray.
